several times recently I have called yellow cab and quickly received a call back saying the cab had arrived. I go outside and no cab in sight. Thinking they may have gone to the wrong address I call again. They assure me the cab will be there in 1 minute. Still no cab. I call again and confirm the address and still no cab. This went on for 45 minutes. Panicking that I will miss my flight I had to drive to the airport and rush, rush, rush. Its a total scam, where one driver is trying to jump ahead of another driver. They should have their licenses revoked.

I desperately needed a cab to the airport after waiting an hour for Liberty Cab with no luck. Yellow Cab arrived about 10 minutes after I called, and they called me 5 minutes before arriving and when they arrived at the gate!

Wallet Returned

I would like to let the management at Yellow Cab in Houston, TX know that one of their Customer Service Reps, Monica, provided amazing customer service. My husband lost his wallet in one of your cabs on 12/22. He called the next day and was told nothing had been turned in. I called today and got Monica. Monica went beyond her duty and found out where my husband was picked up, the date, and fare. She was able to contact the cab driver and we found the wallet. She then called me back and gave me the number for the cab driver. The cab driver met me at a convenient place and returned the wallet. There is a choice in cab companies and because of Monica and the honest cab driver, we will continue to use your service. Thank you very much.

I have never used a cab before in Houston, until my car wouldn't start the other morning. With no other way to get to work I frantically called Yellow Cab for a ride. I live in the suburbs of Houston (Sugar Land) and there was a cab in driveway within 15 minutes of my call to Yellow Cab. I was surprised that they serviced my area and even more surprised when they showed up so quickly. The driver was very friendly and I was only 5 minutes late to work....thank goodness. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Worst Customer Service EVER!

Rude, yelling, mumbling, depends on which of the thirty times I was transferred in 2 minutes you are referring to. I have used them a few too many times and this is my last. They have never been on time and when I call to check on the status I will get an outrageous variety of lies for answers. The customer service directors on the phone are completely incompetent and flat out rude. For your own sake and if you value timeliness- DON'T DO IT!
