Not Worth the Money

The massage was more like a caress, even though I requested specific treatment of certain areas. Facial was lack luster. Food was served cold. Ritz was much nicer!
Five Star Hotel

Located uptown Galleria area, this is a great hotel to stay at. It has the most luxurious surroundings and ambiance. The spas and the club are just spectacular...not to mention, the food & rooms are just amazing. This is just plain luxury at it's finest. I would recommend this hotel for anyone that wants a romantic place to stay. Great Service.
