About Sound Fitness

Sound Fitness was started by the Hart Family are originally from the Seattle, WA area. The Hart family has extensive experience in the fitness industry. They've owned and operated fitness clubs in Washington and the Midwest. In 2006, they brought their experience and family-friendly clubs to Houston and they handpicked local operators to maintain their philosophy in the Houston clubs. These local operator-owners are experienced and manage the clubs with the same care that the Harts have always shown in their other clubs.

Our P Sound Fitness was started by the Hart Family (Richard, Seiji, and Mieko Hart) who are originally from the Seattle, Washington area. Richard and his children have extensive experience in the fitness industry. They've owned and operated fitness clubs in Washington and the Midwest.
