Leasing Nightmare

I entered into a 1 year lease. I paid the first six months up front along with a deposit and pet deposit. I starting receiving notices from the owners mortgage company 3 months into the lease and approached Precision about the possibility of the property being foreclosed on. I was assured the owner was an attorney and that was out of the question. Seven months after entering into the lease my fears were confirmed. I demanded my deposits back to find another place to reside. I heard nothing back from Precision Realty. Lo and behold the property was foreclosed on!! This was a nation wide problem for lessee's across the country. In the six months I resided there Precision was slow and inept at the repairs to the air conditioner which had to be replaced, the ceiling which had to be repaired twice after leaking rain water and was again leaking when I left.
