I called at 10 for a cab to the airport at 11. At 10:40 they called me saying they still couldn't get a cab for me and asked if I wanted them to keep trying. I said well yeah, I have a flight to catch. I called them at 11 wondering if they sent a cab out yet, and they said no. I asked if I should try a different cab company and the lady said she would try that, so I went with Yellow Cab instead.

We have never had such good service. The lady on the telephone was helpfull and the driver was neat and clean.
