I just received the most beautiful arrangement in my life !!! Its really amazing how they do it...I will definetly use you on my next occasion. you are my florist for life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Customer Service Was Appalling

I ordered a cut flower arrangement of specific flowers for a birthday delivery. The arrangement that arrived was completely wrong and contained none of the flowers I requested, which were not unusual. When I called the next day, I was told by a manager that the correct arrangement would go out the next day. The 2nd arrangement arrived 2 days later after the recipient received a message letting her know they would pick up the original arrangement when they delivered the new ones. It's beyond me why they would want 3 day old flowers back unless they wanted their $5 container. The 2nd arrangement was delivered and was completely wrong again with none of the flowers I requested. I left a message about how disgusted I was and waited for a return call. After several hours had passed the next day I called myself. I spoke to the owner Sue and told her I had cancelled my payment after I didn't receive a phone call. She was very condescending and seemed more interested in telling me about all of the awards and big accounts they had. I guess my $100 birthday flowers were not important. She asked what they could do and when I told her to deliver the correct flowers she said she couldn't do that since I cancelled the payment. I own a small business. If all it took was to send a new arrangement at such a small cost to satisfy a dissatisfied customer it would have been done in a heartbeat. She obviously didn't agree.

For the last 4 years I've had many very plesant experiences when dealing with Lexis Florists. From their silk flower arrangements to their fresh cut flowers...the quaility and the artistry is second to none. Once you have enjoyed their products and kindness, you'll go back time and time again as I do.

This florist isn't the cheapest in town, but they are great at what they do. If you are looking for a florist that treats you like family and gives you the time and help you sometimes need to make the right impression this is the one for you. My wife and her friends were so impressed with the arrangement that many of them asked where did you get the flowers from? When you here that question as often as she did, you know you hit a home run.
