Gormans Poor Customer Service

Once, I drove across town to use this cleaners. NO MORE. Their service has slipped. I've had to have items redone including a suit that had to be redone FOUR times. I left two sweaters for reweaving in June, received a quote of $47 in August and in October was told it would now cost $60.00 I will not use them any more.
