Do not waste your time. Dover had their inspector come to my location and give me a quote. They specifically told me money would be due upon completiting the project. When i talked to the main office the next day to confirm the job, I told them the urgency of the situation. At that point when they knew i would not go anywhere else they changed there attitude and tried to dog me. Dover asked for the ENTIRE payment up front IN CASH..they refused to take a check or anything that would protect my interest..then they acted like this was standard practice..also they tried to increase the price twice (+$700) from the comfort of their office without adding any more work or a single reason...says a lot about a companies CHARACTER...I seriously would not bother wasting my time calling for a quote...im glad I found another plumber quickly who I can actually count on and trust. I know in these situations costs can increase for various reasons after a project starts and the relationship has been formed. So it is very important for me to have honest people who will do the job right and not try to rip me off at every opportunity.

My experiance with this company was awsome ! I had a gas leak on my dryer and had been waiting for another place to come and see it. Meanwhile laundry was piling and piling (4 kids and a messy hubby). Finally I couldnt take it anymore and called this company. The lady said they would be out in about an hour and 30 minutes later they were here. It took them no longer than 30 minutes to fix my leak and they were out in 45 minutes total. I totally recommend this Dover to everyone !

I had a very bad leak in my bath tub. It wasn't just dripping, it was running. I had called a big name company and they told me it would be close to $1000 to fix. They would have to tear out walls and I would be responsible for the wall repair. The plumber from Dover came out and he said it would be $150 including parts. I ask if he was sure and told him what the other company told me. He called Mr. John Dover, the owner and he came right over. He said nothing needed tearing out. They fixed it. The price was wrong , it was only $120 when I told him I was a teacher. I will never use any other plumber. Mr Dover cares about his customers.
